April Glossybox Unboxing!

Hey everyone!

For Christmas last year, my boyfriend got me a yearly subscription to the beauty box service called Glossybox! I love this beauty box and it's got to be one of my favourites, I've always wanted to be subscribed to it. I thought I'd unbox it with you all and show you what I got in my box and let you know a little bit about each product! Enjoy!

~~~~~~~~~~~
The first product I got in my box was from a brand that I'd actually been looking at a couple days prior! I saw it on Twitter and decided to have a look on their website. It's a SportFX Definition Duo Eyeliner Pencil which I find a great concept. At first I thought it was just a brown which I wasn't overly keen on as I prefer black, but was willing to give it a try for a more subtle look. I then realised that it was double ended and has one black and one brown side which I love! I'm really excited to try this out and it claims to always have a "sharp micro tip" which is a plus. This brand is aimed at products that you can use at the gym to and as this eyeliner is waterproof, it's perfect for all you people who work out! Sport FX is a brand that aims to bring out multi-use products, just as you can see from this one. This is a full size product and it retails for £9.99. You can find it at SportFX.com.
~~~~~~~~~

The next product I recited was from the brand ModelCo. which I personally love. It's a contour stick which actually looks a little too dark for me! I have very pale skin and when I swatched this product, it also looked a little orange. The chunky contour crayon claims to make defining the cheekbones easy and precise and to glide over bare skin or foundation. It can also look good as an eyeshadow or a lip colour for darker skin tones! This product retails for £17 and can be found at Modelcocosmetics.com.
~~~~~~~~~~
This next product smells and looks amazing! It's so cute and dinky too I love it! This is a Love & Hand cleansing gel and it reminds me of the bath and body works ones. I get a kind of citrus vibe from it and I love the packaging, it smells so good! It's a great size to carry around in your pocket with you and for on the go. Obviously a daily hand gel is a must have! This hand sanitizer also leaves hands feeling lovely and soft due to the tiny pearls which burst on application to hydrate hands. This product retails for only £2.90 which is great and can be found at en.mercihandy.com.
~~~~~~~~~~

The fourth product I received in the box is the Rodial GlamoLash Mascara XXL. Now I know we all love dramatic lashes and we don't want to hold back, so this volumising mascara isn't going to be any different. This mascara is said to be extreme! It's a smaller size and you only get 6ml of product. The long wear formula is jet black and leaves lashes super sized but soft. I'm excited to try this out and I love having dramatic lashes but I just hope it doesn't make them clumpy. The full size product retails for £24 which is expensive for a mascara and can be found at Rodial.co.uk.
~~~~~~~~~~~
This final product is my favourite and I can't wait to try it! I love trying new shampoos and conditioners and this product is supposed to replace both of them and do the job. This is the Deliwash Cleansing Conditioner by the brand Elgon which I admit I've never heard of before. This is a quick to use product which combines the cleansing action of a shampoo and the hydration of a conditioner in one product. This product claims to suit all hair types which is amazing! It gives less lather than a shampoo but is to be used just the same. This product retails for £14.50 and can be found at Elgoncosmetic.com.
~~~~~~~~~
That's all I received in my Glossybox this month and I hope you enjoyed this blog post! If you got a Glossybox this month, comment and let me know what you received in your box and if you got anything the same or different.

My Holy Grail Product!

Since I've bought it, I've been obsessed with The Body Shop Honey Bronzer! I've wanted it for ages so when I went on holiday I finally picked one up and I'm soo glad I did! Loads of beauty gurus have said this is the best bronzer for pale skin and I totally understand and agree.

The packaging on this product is really eye catching and I really like it, It's one of my favourite packaging on any product I own! It's a nice pale bronzer and it's not muddy or dark at all. When you open it, the bronzer is patterned like a honeycomb which is so beautiful.

I will definitely repurchase this product as it's soo worth the £13, which is a really good price! It's totally affordable so if you can get your hands on it, you should check it out! There is more than once shade but I got the lightest one in 01.

Let me know if you have this product and what you think!

Zoella Beauty Tutti Fruity Collection!

New collection;

Now, if you know the YouTube community, you're sure to have heard of the YouTube sensation Zoella eg. Zoe Sugg!

Last year, she brought out her very own beauty collection and it sold extremely well! This year, she has come out with a whole new amazing collection! She named it the Tutti Fruity Collection!

The first one was very beautiful and the scents were amazing. No one though she could top her first one but I really think she has! She has come up trumps with this summer collection and its even more amazing than the first!

The scent is more summery and it's got more of a summer vibe to it. The colour scheme is slightly different and she's added some new product as well as adapting the first ones.

Her new Tutti Fruity range includes;
Kissy Missy Lip Balm
Let's Spritz Body Mist
Candy Cream Body Lotion
Fresh Fizz Bath Bomb
Scrubbing Me Softly Body Scrub
Cosmetic Purse
Foam Sweet Foam Shower Gel

Let me know what you have from the new range!

Soleil Tan De Chanel Bronzer!

When I was in England on holiday, I bought my first ever Chanel product! I've seen and heard loads of beauty gurus and YouTubers raving about this and I've been dying to try it out!

The packaging is absolutely lush, Chanel has got to be one of my favourite packaging! Its so designer and makes you look really fancy when you have it!

For a Chanel product, I think £32 was a very reasonable price for this bronzer. I was willing to pay and I think it was money well spent!

This is now my go to bronzer that I use for contouring! I've never had a cream bronzer before as I tend to stick to powders but I'm amazed with how natural this product looks!

Its not too dark which is something I worth about with bronzers as I'm very pale and its hard to get one without making it go orange or look muddy.

This product really amazed me and I'm totally in love with it! Its a big container so should last me a long time but when I do eventually run out, I will definitely repurchase!

Love Me Beauty Unboxing!

Thanks to Maddie Bruce, from YouTube, I got my first ever LoveMeBeauty box today! I'd heard of the brand and site before but had never been on it or purchased anything. When I watched Maddie's new video, she used products from a box she got and gave a code for 50% off! I used this code and got my box for only £8 which is a bargain! Here's what I got inside...

I love the packaging for this, I think it's really beautiful and it's one of my favourites so far!

Talika Eye Therapy Patch
I'm so excited to try this out as I love things like eye patches and eye creams!

ModelCo Powerlash Mascara
I'm not overly keen on this as I don't really like the want but overall it's a good product and it's up to personal preference

ModelCo Mascara
This is basically a cheaper version of the 3D FibreLash Mascara by Younique. I think this would be a good dupe and it's a good product

ModelCo Enhancing Lip Pencil
I love this nude shade of lip pencil as it basically goes with any nude/pink lipstick and would suit all skin shades and tones

Drugstore Makeup Starter Kit!

This is going to be a blog post for all you beginners in makeup out there! I'm going to take you through a starter kit I put together from the drug store with all the basic makeup products. You don't need to use all of these products when starting out in makeup, you might only want some concealer and mascara! I'm going to show you basically everything for people who want to know. Enjoy!

Foundations

My two all time favourite drugstore foundations are the Rimmel Match Perfection and the L'Oreal True Match. I'd say the L'Oreal foundation has more coverage so if you're not sure whether you like full coverage or little coverage, have a go at the Rimmel one!

Concealers

I am obsessed with these concealers! The Collection Lasting Perfection is a really full coverage, creamy concealer. People don't like to use it under their eyes but I really do! If it doesn't work under your eyes, then use it on spots or blemishes. If you want something different under your eyes, the Rimmel Wake Me Up is a good choice as it's very brightening.

Pressed Powder

This is hands down the best powder and basically the only one you need. Everyone I know uses this and it's pretty much amazing. It's the Rimmel Stay Matte and it's so cheap, only about £4

Blush

I think this is a really good blush to start with as it's got 4 different shades you can choose from. Instead of buying four different blushes, with the Collection Shimmer Shades Quad you get 4 in 1!

Bronzer

Now, if you're starting out in makeup you don't NEED to use bronzer but it really gives dimension, depth and shadow to the face. The MUA Bronzed Perfection is a really good one to start off with

Highlighter

This certainly isn't a must but I love highlighters. The Technic Highlights is a very good dupe for the Benefit High Beam. The packaging is exactly the same, as is the colour and consistency. If you're not willing to pay the price of Benefit products, invest in this!

Eyebrow Pencil

Even if you are just starting out in makeup, I really think doing your eyebrows is a huge must. Your makeup look really doesn't look finished until you've done your eyebrows. There's loads of good drugstore eyebrow products but this one from Primark is cheap and affordable. It only costs about a pound

Eyeshadow

For eyeshadow, I don't really have cheap or drugstore palettes, but these 2 single eyeshadows are great. If you want a normal powder eyeshadow then this peach/pale one from Makeup Gallery is great. If you're looking for one with more colour, this crayon from Rimmel Scandaleyes is amazing, I love this product!

Eyeliner

I found 3 different kinds of eyeliners you could use. If you're starting out in makeup and don't really know what kind of eyeliners you like, try one of these three. I really love the Maybelline Master Kajal Eyeliner as a pencil eyeliner. My all time favourite gel eyeline is the one from Collection. My holy grail pen eyeliner is the Rimmel Scandaleyes.

Mascara

These are two of my favourite mascaras. I live by the Maybelline The Falsies and I'm constantly re-purchasing it! It's a really great starter mascara and I highly suggest you invest in it. Another good mascara is the L'Oreal Miss Manga!

Lipstick

Two great lipsticks to start with is nudes and pinks. My favourite nude is the Kate Moss 113, it's really nice and not too in your face. It also looks amazing on any skin tone. A good affordable pink lipstick is from the brand Constance Carroll!
